WE ADOPTED ANOTHER CAT!!!

She's a cute little white kitten with orange spots and big blue eyes :3 We adopted her from an animal hospital who said someone just left the litter on their doorstep just a few weeks ago @_@;

ITT WE NAME OUR NEW CAT!

We're still not sure if it's a boy or a girl yet, it's only about a month old so it's too early to tell. SO BOY NAMES ARE COOL TOO.

Following the unfortunate announcement that LM.C would not be attending this year's A-Kon in Dallas, the convention has bumped Camino up as the event's headlining act and scheduled a new opening band.

ALSDEAD, formerly known as Dice & Joker, will be performing ahead of Camino on Friday night. This will be the band's first appearance in the USA. Those interested or attending the convention can sample some of ALSDEAD's music at their Official MySpace.

We regret to inform you that in accordance with an official announcement made by Pony Canyon Inc. today regarding the outbreak of the swine flu made on April 30th, the upcoming LM.C appearance at AKON (May 29-31 in Dallas, Texas) has been cancelled. This announcement comes in response to the World Health Organization's decision to raise the swine flu pandemic level to phase 5. Pony Canyon Inc. and Ponycanyon Music Inc. announced that all employees and artists have been grounded and are prohibited from traveling overseas. This suspension of travel will remain until WHO officials determine it is safe.

We would like to express our deepest apologies for those of you who have been anxiously anticipating the arrival of LM.C in Texas. Although the members of LM.C were very much looking forward to performing for their fans at AKON, they must adhere to the necessary precautions as outlined by the WHO.

We would like nothing more than to have everyone's understanding and continued support for LM.C. We plan on returning to our fans in the US for some other time once the ban has been lifted and the situation improved.

So, I was looking for new bands to listen to and I came across The Piass.

I remember them from waaaaaaay back, from my early visual kei days. I remember hearing some of their songs once or twice, but I never really ever listened to them. So looked them up.

I was confused when I found they had really recent stuff. WTF isn't this band really old? Didn't they disband way before I even knew they existed?

Turns out they have a really interesting history.

Apparently, The Piass has been around since 1993. BUUUUUT!! In 1995, Chihiro (vo.) and Hiroshi (drums) died while shooting a PV. Two years later, Yoshio (bass) committed suicide, leaving Takayuki (guitar) as the only living member.

In 1998, Takayuki reincarnates the band with new members WHO ALL LEAVE YEARS LATER.

So now, it's just Takayuki and new vocalist Tetsuya with support members D:

Just thought that was interesting.
